Handmade Curry Puffs

When I reached mum's place, she was already making curry puff with sis. So, I just join in for the fun lah.. and all along I thought everyone knows how to make the 'folds' on the puffs, I didn't realise that it was difficult, I thought that it was a skill that all would know. Duh! I have been playing the dough since I was young, how was I to know that my mum only taught me to do it?? That is until my sis told me that she finds it difficult to 'fold' the puff. Oops... sorry!
