Chicken Pox

It's one thing after another, now Ayden's got chicken pox. First came on-off fever for 2 weeks, then had a scare of HFMD, just recovered from running nose yesterday and now got this. Damn! Do you have any idea how much I have been spending on medical bills??? It's now like my 2nd home to the doc's, I'm the VIP now.. hahaha..

The best part is, I didn't even suspected it was the pox cos he didn't really have the blister-like symptom, only like less than 5 of the poxes have 'water' in them, the rest are just like insects bite. Lucky he had the vaccine done when he's younger, that explains the mildness of it and he doesn't have fever too.

I was in a dilemma of isolating Alsten and my maid, but after endless calls and advise, I decided to just let it be. As what mum and sis said, the earlier Alsten got it the better it is. He doesn't know what's itchy so he won't be scratching all over, he only takes soft diet and milk so it's easy to control his diet too. As for my maid, if she kana too, oso good lah, then everyone fell sick at the same time, next time I go over Shanghai, I have less of a worry.

This might be a blessing in disguise... I have a 50% chance of exposing Alsten to it, so who knows he might not get it after all if his immunity is strong. Let's pray hard for a good outcome. Thumbs Up
