Night sleep without diapers

Well, I thought since this week's the school holidays, why not train Ayden to sleep without his diapers. He's beginning to show signs of readiness cos he keeps pestering me to let him go without diapers at night but I just refused simply becos I'm too lazy to get up to pee him. Then again, he's already 4 yrs old, be it earlier or later, I still have go through it.

We started on Mon night, he requested to bring his potty to his room so that he can pee on it whenever he needed it. I woke up once to check on him and we managed to get him to pee until the morning feed at 6am. He wet his bed when he woke up.

Tues night went by, I woke up few times to check on him, everything's fine cos he urinated before he slept, so that kinda means he can control his bladder. And again, after his morning feed at 6am, he wet his bed after about 3 hours. So I think, I have to get him to pee after his milk 2 hrs later. But frankly, it wasn't as difficult as I thought, maybe cos I start this at a later age where he understands, and so far these 2 nights he has been dry till the morning. I'm just hoping that he's be trained by this week.
