Lalala... so happy.. why? I'm beginning to see results from my exercise regime.. hooray.. It takes alot of determination to go exercise thrice a week. I feel so lazy just thinking about running on a threadmill, but after all the perspiration, damn shiok. Finally, I'm down to a size 28 from a size 30, still got 2 sizes before I can fit into all my clothes.. But I've gotta admit, due to the fact that I'm older now and have had 2 babies, it's really more difficult to lose all the weight now. Especially the hips, I tell you, I think it's gonna take a long long time man..
